PATRICIA DEADMAN
PATRICIA DEADMAN was a lens-based visual artist, independent curator and writer.
Patricia obtained a Fine Arts Diploma, Fanshawe College; BFA Visual Arts from University of Windsor. Deadman has participated in numerous artist residencies including Banff, Alberta; Paris, France; Merida and Oaxaca, Mexico. She has exhibited since the 80’s, most recently in; Changing Hands: Art Without Reservation 3, Contemporary Native North American Art from the Northeast and Southeast, Museum of Art and Design, New York, New York (2012-2015), Resilience National Billboard Exhibition, MAWA, Winnipeg, MB and Reading the Talk, Robert McLaughlin Gallery. Her work is in numerous public and private collections. Patricia sadly passed away in November 2024.
